POINTS TO NOTE:

  • Adelaide Truck & Bus Rentals Cars are supplied with a full tank of unleaded petrol and must be returned with a full tank at customer’s cost.
  • A security deposit (bond) of $500 is required.
  • The payee of the bond/card holder must come into the office and sign the hire contract and provide their drivers licence and or ID
  • 200kms free per day, 25¢ per km charged thereafter
  • Overnight parking is complementary on request for customer Vehicles
  • Daily hire basis
  • Three forms of ID required (must include Driver's licence)

PICK UP TIMES

Between 5 and 6pm the night before or from 7.30am that day.
Saturdays: 7.30am-12pm and 4-6pm.
Sundays: 4pm-6pm (Penalties apply for late pick ups)

DROP OFF TIMES

Week days: before 6pm that day
Saturdays: 7.30am-12pm and 4-6pm
Sundays: 4pm-6pm
(Penalties apply for late returns)

INSURANCE EXCESS

Standard insurance excess is $3500 where hirer/driver is at fault. Hirer/ driver will be charged for overhead damage as it is not covered in this insurance policy.
Policy 1: Lower Excess $500 (extra $50 per day) where hirer/driver is at fault (Overhead damage not covered). P1 and P2 Drivers insurance excess is $4200.
