Overnight parking is complimentary on request for customer vehicles. Seats 12 including the driver. (We require your nominated drivers to have a CAR DRIVER'S LICENCE).

A bond of $500 is required. All prices inc GST.

POINTS TO NOTE

• The Payee of the bond/card holder must come into the office and sign the hire contract and provide their drivers licence and or ID.
• Our 12 Seater mini buses are supplied with a full tank of DIESEL and must be returned with a full tank at customer’s cost.
• 200kms free per day, 25¢ per km thereafter
• Luggage Trailers are available $35 per day
• Daily hire basis

PICK UP TIMES

Between 5 and 6pm the night before or from 7.30am that day.
Saturdays: 7.30am-12pm and 4-6pm.
Sundays: 4pm-6pm
(Penalties apply for late pick ups)

DROP OFF TIME

Week days: before 6pm that day
Saturdays: 7.30am-12pm and 4-6pm
Sundays: 4pm-6pm
(Penalties apply for late returns)

INSURANCE EXCESS

Standard insurance is included at no extra cost! Standard insurance excess is $3500 where hirer/driver is at fault.
Policy 1: Lower Excess $500 (extra $50 per day) where hirer/driver is at fault. Hirer/driver will be charged for overhead damage as it is not covered in this insurance policy. P1 and P2 Drivers insurance excess is $4200.
